Next go through the cart process, the RMA# is free however there is a $20.00 FUEL SURCHARGE that will need to be paid. This is to offset the cost of shipping the product back to you. Before you confirm the RMA please fill out what product you will be sending back and a short description of the issue you are having.PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND THE ENTIRE UNIT BACK, NOT JUST THE COMPONENT, or your lifetime warranty WILL NOT BE HONORED.  After the RMA order is completed you will get an email confirmation to your registered email in your account. This will come back in the form of an ORDER #. This is your RMA#. Print off the email confirmation and include a copy inside your box.MAKE SURE THAT YOU MARK THE RMA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOX, or your box will be REFUSED.
