This is for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. To continue
with the RMA click on the continue with RMA button below. This will bring
you to the Cart section of the RMA process. Once you are in the checkout process
click on confirm order. You will then recieve a confirmation email, on the
bottom of the confirmation email there is a section that you need to cut off
and attach it to the return merchandise package.
